Playground seating project
AMV Playgrounds supplied a range of colourful rotationally moulded plastic seating to the Clifton Centre Pupil Referral Unit (PRU) in Clifton, Greater Manchester.
The Clifton Centre PRU is a specialised educational facility which caters for students who require additional learning support. It recognises the importance of creating a safe, welcoming, and conducive learning environment for its students, which needed to be reflected in the outdoor furniture available for use.
The team here at AMV Playgrounds worked with The Clifton Centre PRU and supplied and installed vibrant rotationally moulded plastic seating solutions, as well as sheltered cycle parking.
Lava seat and HopOp 500 stools were selected due to their playful appearance and functionality. They are manufactured and formed with rotationally moulded Polyurethane to create a seamless, soft and flexible surface with no sharp edges and also feature hidden ground fixings.
The seating options were strategically placed throughout the outdoor space of The Clifton Centre PRU to create spots for relaxation, group discussions, and creative activities.
