AMV Services are in line with University Research Findings

The online BBC health page www.bbc.co.uk/news/health-18519193# provides focus on a topic in which AMV Playgrounds have a deep involvement.

We are currently working on a research project which is investigating the influence of implementing school playground enhancements on children’s physical activity patterns during school recess, this is being carried out by Peter Collins
of Newman University College Birmingham.

The BBC’s news article ‘Urgent Need to get Primary School children active’ is at the basis of our purpose of working in schools to develop playground facilities.

An extract from the article emphasises the point:

Prof John Reilly, from the University of Strathclyde, said: “There is an urgent need for interventions, at home and at school, which will help primary school children become more physically active.”
