The Double Strength Challenger encourages fun whilst exercising. This piece of equipment allows gym goers to challenge their friends, but can also be used by a single person for a less intensive strength exercise. This Strength exercises helps to improve muscle tone and flexibility by working the triceps, biceps, deltoids and upper back muscles. A fun way to build up arm and shoulder muscle groups by challenging another person to a friendly competition or used singularly to gently stretch arms and shoulders. Builds muscle in arms and shoulders.
